*Analyze Phase is the phase in which ways are used to identify and eliminate the gap between the recent performances and the final desired project. First, critical processes are isolated in this phase. And then, limitations are identified to ensure that the processes have the maximum potential to fulfill the needs of the market.

*Improve Phase: Improve phase is the phase that looks towards the optimal solution and develops a test plan to implement and confirm the solution. First, a design of the experiment is conducted, and then a permanent collective action is implemented to prevent variations. This shows the stability and predictability of the process.
