Blood in your urine

Sharp pain in your back or lower abdomen

Generally, when a stone moves into the narrow ureter, the pain starts, and this pain is called renal colic. Often kidney pain begins suddenly. You will feel pain in the bottom of your ribs, your side, and back. As the stone descends into your urethra, it can spread to your abdomen and groin area.

Pain and burning while urinating

You will start to feel your pain during urination when the stone reaches the joint between the bladder and the ureter. The pain may feel intense or burning.

These are the prominent and critical symptoms of kidney stones. Moreover, you may have complications like vomiting, nausea, fever, or chills with the pain. So, if you see any of these, then seek immediate medical attention.
